Return policy and right of withdrawal

The return of the amount of previously purchased tickets is not allowed. The inability to attend an event or show or the commission of an error when acquiring the ticket (s) are not reasons that allow its return.

The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution, in accordance with current regulations on consumption and retail trade management.

Ticketinhotel, as a distributor, can only and exclusively proceed to the cancellation of the tickets and, therefore, to the refund of its amount when it receives express order from the promoter of the event and / or show in the cases of cancellation, change of dates, etc. .

Ticketinhotel, before any change that occurs in an event or show undertakes to:

  • a) Publish it on your website as soon as you have knowledge of them, in order to keep users duly informed.
  • b) Send a message to the email address indicated by the user at the time of purchase informing about such changes.
  • c) In the event that the Promoter decides to return the amount, Ticketinhotel will inform the user about the procedure adopted by the Promoter for this purpose.

Returns for exchange or cancellation

In case of cancellation, the return may be made within fifteen days from the date of the public communication of the suspension of the show. After this period, no refund will be accepted.

Ticket terms and conditions

As an authorized ticket sales agent, Ticketinhotel sells tickets on behalf of the Promoter who organizes the event and therefore it responds to aspects such as visibility conditions, comfort, acoustics, accessibility…. The return of the amount of previously purchased tickets is not allowed. The inability to attend a performance or an error when making the acquisition will not be valid grounds for proceeding with the return. Laser pointers, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and customer food and drink may also be prohibited. The Campus, the Event Promoter and Ticketinhotel are not responsible for any personal belongings. Ticket holders consent to video and sound recording as part of the public. Tickets can be restricted to a maximum number per person, by credit card and, for some events, per family. In case of making purchases contravening said norm in case of existing, the company reserves the right to cancel the purchased tickets that exceed this number without prior notice. All these terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and any dispute arising from any transaction with Ticketinhotel will be subject only to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts. Any of the previous clauses that are void or contrary to the Law, will be considered as not put, subtracting the others in force and with full effectiveness for the parties.

Shipping costs and corresponding VAT are always indicated in the order. Ticketinhotel reserves the right to make on the web, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update products and services depending on the market.

Purchases can be paid by any of the means that are enabled when making the purchase.

Ticketinhotel will not be responsible for the delays or failures that may occur in the access, operation and operability of the website, or in its services and / or contents, as well as for interruptions, suspensions or the malfunction of it, when they had its origin in mistakes of others.

Ticketinhotel is responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the contents, data or information regarding the products offered on its website, unless these have been modified by third parties, outside or not the organization, without express authorization from the business.

Ticketinhotel is not responsible for the content of links to other websites that are not owned by you and, therefore, cannot be controlled by it. The user may make any claim through any of the means of contact provided on this website.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the Client is informed that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file owned by Ticketinhotel for the management of the commercial relationship, as well as for the promotion of Ticketinhotel products and services, both by written and electronic means. The Client can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as revoke the consent given for the sending of electronic commercial communications, by written communication addressed to Ticketinhotel.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will be aware of the matter, will be those established by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in the one that is treated, in the case of final consumers, to the place of fulfillment of the obligation or to the address of the buyer. In the case of a sale made by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).


The return may not take place in any case if the products supplied, whatever their category or type, have been manifestly subject to use.
